In addition to traditional Slovenian dishes, such as venison specialties, we also offer modern culinary twists. Our chef, Denis, will be happy to serve you dishes prepared with love and respect for nature and local traditions.

In our restaurant, we also offer carefully selected Slovenian wines that complement our cuisine. We feature wines from various wine-growing regions, such as Goriška Brda, Vipava Valley, and Primorska, which will satisfy every taste—from dry to sweet, from red to white.

We offer local craft beer from the Lintvern Brewery, known for its passion for beer and the use of only the finest natural ingredients. The Lintvern Brewery is located in Bohinj and takes pride in its unique flavors designed for those seeking something special. With an approach that respects tradition while embracing new trends, Lintvern Brewery offers various types of beer that pair wonderfully with our dishes.

We also offer the excellent Karakter gin, a result of love for local ingredients and the nature of Bohinj. This unique gin is distilled using fresh herbs and plants found in the Bohinj area, giving it a distinctive, fresh, and aromatic flavor.
